The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Any request we had was handled with immediate response, making us feel genuinely cared for and comfortable at all times. We visited here in October on our family trip to Thailand. We were 12 people. They offered excellent service. We got to sit at their upper floor where they provided us buffet lunch as per our plan with our tour operator but they said they will serve us on the table. The staff is very friendly. The main chef was from same state as us - Maharashtra, so we got to meet him and click photo with him and other staff. I will highly recommend it for other Indian families visiting Thailand. Good food and great service.
